Re: HyTech Manifold (SEFIxCivic)

I know the guy who built that car and the guy who owns it.

Re: (booscivic)

Two reasons: Oil pressure. Different material properties, after repeat expansion/contraction it won't hold. No way I'd chance it.

You've got problems. Sorry bro.

Re: Went to the Dyno & got my car tuned... Really dissapointed... Please give advice... (Civic_95_Si

Ok, this is probably a stupid question, but wouldn't that indicate that your cam timing is off?

Re: Went to the Dyno & got my car tuned... Really dissapointed... Please give advice... (Civic_95_Si

I always laughed at the tiny fmax downpipe, sounds like you're making them work ...

Re: (XratedSi)

Wow, I really wonder how many people are just strictly into Hondas and have never torn into a domestic v8. They’ve had harmonic balancers on V8’s for ages, a lot of the conventional wisdom about...

Re: possible to crack sleeve adn still drive ?? (project dc2)

I'm no expert, but since you went all day without an answer I'll take a swing at it.

I'd wager that you do not have a cracked sleeve. If you did your motor would run really crappy becuase of the...

Re: why top fuel cars run supercharger instead turbocharger ? (ha illuminato un)

Currently the NHRA rules prohibit using a turbo on the top class cars, I’ve got no real clue why. But with all the fast cars in the class running within a tenth of each other they've got a grasp on...

Re: project car just about done *lot of pics* Dyno'ed (Evil_Wizard)

Great to see East Texas represent. I recognize you from the ETSS board.

Props on a great ride!

Re: got itr springs / shocks on gsr .. Would itr upper arm fix my camber problem? (emr88)

The ITR upper arm is slightly longer than the non ITR one.

I will take away some of the negative camber, but it shouldn't be that bad with a .75" drop.

Re: twin loop replica (96tegsr)

I've had mine for almost a year now. I can't promise an exact repilca of the sound, but it's very tame. I've got a B-pipe with no resonator and it is very tastefull.
