The V710s are fine for autoX without heat cycling. For autoX, the fewer heat cycles the better in the long term to get more runs out of them before the stickiness degrades. They will get stickier...

13,000mi on a 6 or 7 yr old car is certainly not out of the question. A lot of folks bought them as a 2nd or 3rd car and only drove them on summertime weekends.
