Most of the cars out there at that power level are not 14+:1 compression, that's for damn sure.

The right turbo is a much more important choice than compression. None of my motors are anywhere...

I have an 8 second 62mm car, which is basically a SFWD car with a 62mm turbo bolted on, lol. The turbo doesn't really affect the budget much.

Yes, car is on a strain gauge as well.

Car went 8.74 yesterday in FIS, then went 8.75 in FIP the next pass. Was #1 qualifier in both classes, lol.

Its not just about turbo efficiency, its also about power management and controlling the tire, two things that take time and a good EMS to do.

Car is not on AEM, it is on Motec M800. It has my old MCP head from my grey car, as I put my 4Piston head on the grey car. White car just gets all the hand me downs and spare parts, lol.

Darton MID Sleeved B18C, PPG gearset, Comp Turbo 62mm.. Just have to work out a few bugs and should be able to make an 8 second pass..
