loose gas pedal after swap
I have recently did a b18b swap, but it seems like the gas pedal loose...
it turns out the wire connects to gas pedal is too long..
can someone tell how they solve this problem, e.g. do I buy the wire from integra to switch it.. or do I have to have someone to cut the wire shorter...
Please give me some pointers..

make the throttle cable taughter at the throttle cable bracket on the Intake Manifold.
If that doesn't do the trick, you'll have to go under the dash.
Does it idle fine?

Re: loose gas pedal after swap (hot_EG)
sometimes it doesent idle that well..
the RPM tends to go lower than 800..
I also have problem to start the car sometime, could this be related?
how do I tighten the throttle cable at the bracket?

Re: loose gas pedal after swap (chusai)
You could rig it with the civic cable, but from my personal experience I have never been able to use the civic cable properly. I always used the integra cable when I did swap with a gs-r and ls. In my car, I have a b18b1, back then I tried the civic cable, but it just couldnt get it to work right. But yea, the integra throttle cable will only run your $20 bucks from the dealer and should line up right.
