we used an EG one on a gsr swap and it worked fine. Just try to tighten it at the anchor point on the Intake manifold, that worked for us

i see what ur saying its not the plastic cover that is long but the wire cable. Its right on the intake manifold but just the wire cable that seems to long and i dont know why when i got the car it had that same problem with the ls it seemed a little but to long but now with the gsr its just crazy long lol

yea if theres that much slack you need a new cable.like what was said earlier a 92-95 civic cable will work fine and a gsr obviously

Are you using a GSR or LS throttle cable? If you're not using a GSR throttle cable just go to Acura and buy it.. it's only like $25.. the LS is probably too long..

I used to use a GSR throttle cable on my LS engine, made a huge difference after I got the right one for my car.. LS.

You will need the GSR throttle cable as well as a GSR throttle body pulley depending on if you are using the ls TB or the GSR TB.

ya just get the cable and your all set, hey you wouldn't happen to still have the ls throttle body would you. I put the type-R throttle cable on my skunk2 intake manifold and I need a ls TB pulley.
