alright man you said your idle is all funky now. can you explain what you mean by this in as much detail as possible? So i can try and figure out what is going on.
Also did you try what i told you? bleed the coolant a little to make sure all the air is out OR make sure you have enough coolant.
As well as testing the IAC valve if you've done these I have some other little things you can try as well.....

The throttle response was (weaker) when I got it back. I replaced the EGR Valve and there was no change.
I bleed the coolant threw the bleeder valve, and also by leaving the radiator cap open to let the bubbles escape. Did I do it right?

take off the throttle body and clean it up real nice make sure you clean the butterfly as well. also you no where the throttle cable attaches that spring clean that up as much as possible put a small amount of oil on it to make it a little looser.
for your FYI the EGR valve doesn't do anything for your idle. I no people that completely eliminated their EGR valves and it runs perfect
when i bleed my coolant through the bleeder valve i left the rad cap on and just let it flow until there was only coolant coming out then i topped off the coolant.

Maybe you're out of VTEC fluid?
Factory specs should be around 750 +-500 rpms.
Check all of your vacuum lines. Then run a compression test.</TD></TR></TABLE>
They were all performed at Honda. Everything checks out but cylinder 1 is running lean. It is basically stalling at every stop now.
p/s: I am trying to contact you on IM!

How do you know it was running lean? Is that what Honda told you? I'd check your fuel pressure and your fuel filter. You might be stalling because you don't have fuel. I'd also check all the basic tune-up stuff: dizzy, wires, plugs...

My fuel gauge is not working right. Sometimes it goes up, and most of the time it stays down. I replace the wires and plugs, but the Dizzy is modified. Since the car is a 1997 I had to keep it OBD2. So instead of running the crank sensor from the fuel pump, it was re-routed to the OBD1 Dizzy some how.

Sounds like you're obd1...are you sure you kept it obd2? I know this has no bearing on what you're asking.

The ECU is still OBD2, and I run OBD2 diagnostics on it. The crank sensor is the only thing moved.
