Re: h22 head bolt torque specs (h22poweredgsr)
Tighten the head bolts in 3 steps, with the last step being at 72.3 Ft/Lbs, in this order to prevent warpage:
9 – 5 – 1 – 3 – 7
8 – 4 – 2 – 6 – 10
1st step: 29 ft/lbs
2nd step: 51 ft/lbs
3rd step: 72.3 ft/lbs
Camgear bolts : 37 ft/lbs
Camshaft holder bolts : 8.7 ft/lbs (Not the camshaft plates)
Couldn’t find the camshaft bearing bolts.
Hope this helps a little bit.

There was a thread on here not too long ago....it showed that torquing down the camshafts is NOT that easy....def. need to look at that.
EDIT - Here's a pic for the cams:

Re: (Revi-Ra)
Those are the bolts that hold the cam caps in place. i.e. the bolts for the cam caps and the cam plates, as you're referring to them, are the same, except for the 8 bolts on the outer edge (numbers 21 through 28 in the above diagram).
