Default Car died and wont start CEL code 9

97 SH with 183K

I was driving on the freeway and then my check engine light came on and then it car shut off. I tried to restart and it was cranking, but would not turn over. I checked spark plugs for spark and there was none. CEL is still on. I will run a check on the CEL asap and hoping its nothing too serious.

What I recently replaced:

1.) distributor cap and rotor

2.) Spark plugs

3.) Timing and all other belts, water pump, seals, etc

4.) Cleaned egr valve

5.) Changed pcv valve

6.) Battery

Any input would be greatly appreciated as I had to push my car 3 miles back to my house. Good thing I was exiting the freeway when it happened. :/

Anyone know where the cylinder sensor is located? I was searching around and know it is around the distributor, but if someone could give me an exact location. I am going to check the connections right now and just double check everything in there.

I just opened up my cap and rotor and my rotor is not attempting to spin. This leads me to believe that my t-belt has snapped. Can anyone verify this?

Well, thanks for the comment, but isn't it more than enough verification through the rotor that the belt has snapped? My .02 cents
