BUNMANGO's CBR600F4
Working on buns 600F4... Thuoght it was only the stator cover and rotor that was damaged... until i found this!!!
So i broke out the tig welder...
Day one:
Day two:
Built a weld into the shape where the lower bolt goes. Drilled and tapped
End:
Tomorrow i check to see if it leaks.
His fuel pump and battery are shot...lots of work left to do before its road worthy...
wonder why it wouldnt run... look how dirty it was!
Can someone tell me how to get the jet out? Its pretty stuck. Can you please also help me identify the brass parts?
Updates to come

I don't see that case damage hurting you one way or another... race bikes can actually have the stator removed/modified and a simple plate in that area. maybe the stator itself was damaged?

but a broken bolt wouldn't preclude that bike from running correctly. there is NO fluid in that section or correlation to function with that cover
