Default BUNMANGO's CBR600F4

Working on buns 600F4... Thuoght it was only the stator cover and rotor that was damaged... until i found this!!!

So i broke out the tig welder...

Day one:

Day two:
Built a weld into the shape where the lower bolt goes. Drilled and tapped

End:

Tomorrow i check to see if it leaks.

His fuel pump and battery are shot...lots of work left to do before its road worthy...

wonder why it wouldnt run... look how dirty it was!

Can someone tell me how to get the jet out? Its pretty stuck. Can you please also help me identify the brass parts?

Updates to come

The bike I have now, I got from my buddy after he downed it. It looked just like that, but it had driven the crank so hard into the block that it couldn't be salvaged. Ugh...

Anyway, looks good man. Nice job!

thank you.

BIKE RUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RODE IT UP AND DOWN THE STREET.

it is vastly different than my 08 600RR but for some reason, its a superb bike the way it handles, accelerates etc. I am blown away that a machine from 10 years ago is soo technologically advanced. It's just amazing... I have so much more respect for honda engineers... never really thought i could be a greater honda ***** than i already was.

honda 4 life...
