This is simply NOT true!

All 94-01 Integra shifters (rs, ls,gs,gsr and itr) are all dual bend and exactly the same and black in color, with the itr being chrome

I have used many combinations of of oem and aftermarket shifters. In 92-00 Civic's i personally prefer the oem Integra shifter. It does make for a short shift, shift height and position.

add a good weighted shift ****, and a set of poly shift bushings and you will have a very good setuo

I have a short throw shift kit in my car. It doesn't do anything for performance whether short or stock but it does have a tighter feel. A shorter shifter means that you hand isn't eating the dash when you shift 1-3-5.

Changing shifter bushings and the shifter/**** simply changes feel.

it DOES provide shorter length in shift durations but the difference is minute.

Skunk2 shifter and **** combo IMO is the smoothest shifter feel i've even had.

i've had B&M, stock civic, GSR shifter, and some ebay brand shifter.

None stack up the the skunk2 dual bend.

IMO, Very worth it for an aftermarket shifter.
i got the same shifter, but with an oem integra ****...and i agree with what u say, suuuper smooth
compared to stock...ebay...b&m ect..
