Default (another) short shifter question...

Which short shifter does give you the shortest throws? my friend just got a Cobb short shifter in his STI and he can shift ungodly fast now, haha its really ridiculous. so which short shifter gives the shortest throws between shifts?

I've only had experience with Skunk2, stock ITR, and Pace Setter shifters. Right now I have a Pace setter which is adjustable. Its kinda sketchy because the "ball" part is plastic, but its been holding up ok.

Skunk2 was short enough for me though, just didn't want to pay for another $100 shifter.

no the single. I'm not a fan of the dual bend because if I had one, my elbow would probably hit my armrest when I shifted "down". Sounds stupid lol, but I just didn't like it that close to me

not sure what my buddy has in his integra, but it is pretty short...dual bend...i got myself a jg short shifter $50 and it is just a little above the bag and shifts pretty short. dunno why, but the subies short shifters are short! my bro-in-law had one, not sure what brand, but it was just one click for every shift, don't even have to put any effort in throwing the shifter in gear...just a little click of the wrist and in you go....my other bro-in-law has a dc short shifter, eh....not as short as the skunk short shifter i think..my opinion...but if you want short shifts and a short shifter look, i suggest the jg...i got mine for $50 but they usually run for about $70+tax...mine was $50 straight up...so...gl with your short shifter....
