Dyno, It's all what you can put on the ground. It's not a formula that will give you an exact number (maybe somewhere close going by someone else's dyno results) Let me guess you want to know how much whp a b16a has stock? Keep in mind every engine has different parts, compression, bolt on etc.. Do a search and see what other people are getting with a similar set-up, that will give you a ballpark figure.

I think what the OP wants is a quick way to convert BHP to WHP. The rule of thumb is 15% drivetrain loss, so 160 bhp is about 136 whp. Just multiply the BHP figure by .85 and you'll get your WHP figure.
RWD, AWD, and FWD cars may have slightly different drivetrain losses, but 15% is a good place to start.
