Default What is whp?

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out what is the difference between whp and hp? And why everyone talks in whp, not hp? When I see an advertised stock Prelude having 200 hp, what does it mean in whp?

whp - wheel horsepower
hp - usually refers to power at the crank/flywheel

dyno numbers are usually measured in whp
for manuals the general rule of thumb to figure whp is to take ~15% off the hp number
