Default Gaskets

Doing tune up on d16z6.I was wondering other than the basic stuff oil,filters,etc..
What gaskets can i buy to increase response in my motor.

gaskets don't really increase motor response....you can redo the head gasket, valve seals and that might help a bit, but prolly not noticeable

Unless its leaking, you really dont need to swap all the gaskets. How many miles on the car?

Check/replace your:
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Dizzy cap and Rotor
Plugs and Wires.
Clean your battery terminals
Clean the TB.

Just some Ideas.

145,000 miles. I got the car at 135 and i think its time to upgrade or
replace them.

No need to upgrade those parts. Just replace. I mean, that is if its still stock.

I have cai/h/e piping aftermarket spark plug wires ground wires chipped computer and clutch

Its all up to you. Don't really need to upgrade those things, I don't believe. You're not FI or anything.
