can you guys please help me out?
its been a while since my car has had a really good tune up! i have had the car for about 6 months and no telling how long its been if you could please list all the stuff i need to buy when doing a really good tune up thanks

plug wires
etc thanks alot .
i would like to have a list so i can just walk into advanced auot parts and get everything at one time thanks alot!

NGK plugs .Z5-11
NGK wires - 8mm's are nice
Genuine honda dis. cap and rotor
B-12 carbon cleaner - throttle, intake manifol cleaner
1 qt. ATF - pour in crank case, removes carbon
Any gasket that needs to be replaced
Any timing/belt that needs to be replaced
PCV valve

dont forget oil filter and oil!! 
Tranny fluid, and filter
Fuel filter
Some Fuel injector cleaner additive
Antifreeze, Flush, flush kit, and guage
Check all fluids to be full
Oh and the Helms manual would also come in handy.

PS just did a full tuneup on my wifes car with all the things listed on this post, the car runs like a champ now, alot peppier.
