Default Engine Codes Coming Up

Ok, I just don't flat out understand the problem I've having. I have the engine codes 41 (O2 Sensor) and 14 (IACV) coming and I don't know why. I just put a new engine harness in the car and a new 02 sensor and I've been through 3 IAVC sensors and none of them are clearing the CEL codes. I know the Fuel Filter could be causing the 02 sensor to throw the code, so I'm replacing that this week, hopefully that will take care of that problem, but I'm stumped on the IACV problem. I've replaced it 3 times in the past week, 2 with old ones from the junk yard and 1 new one from AutoZone. I'll unhook the battery, put it in, and the re-hook the battery and crank it up, and it will throw Code 41 up again, even with a brand new one. If anyone could help me out here, I'd appreciate it.

halfway down will help you troubleshoot the O2 sensor code. Have you tried another ECU?

I think I may have figured out the problem. I've been searching like crazy trying to find out what is going on. I've been reading that the vacuum lines could be bad, so I went out and looked around at my diagram on my hood, and went through all the lines. Then, I noticed something. When I put my new harness in, there was a connector missing on the sensor on the far right of the intake manifold. It had the wires, just the plastic connector was missing. I was able to get the one off the old harness, but I don't remember how the 2 wires went. I think maybe I've put the wires in backwards and may have blow that sensor or I could just have the wires backwards. If anyone could show me how those wires go, I would appreciate it. And if I did have them backwards and that sensor is blown, I have a friend who has one for me.
