Default E BRAKE LIGHT

I have a 99 civic ex with a 00 b16a2 si dropped in

the ebrake light stays on and won't shut off any ideas

check your brake fluid level.

Then pull the console out and check to see if the little button that tells the light to stay on/off for the actual e-brake lever is stuck.
