grumblemarc has an excellent thread in the FAQs sticky on this exact topic. Please have a look.
Also, please place technical questions directly into the thread title whenever possible -- Title edited. Placing only the engine name in the title does not accomplish much.

Make sure it is perfectly tuned and maintained. The only way to get power out of it is whip it hard.
Some people swap in an A6 cam and adjustable cam gear, but then you are likely looking at tuning the ECU as well.
By the time you do all this work and spend the money you could swap in a stock Z6/ECU and get the same benefit.

Leave it alone Omar, just drive the car.
When you become rich and famous you can buy the car you want with all the horsepower you want.
But right now... its your daily transportation.
There will come a day when you can afford more, but its obviously not now.

I have help out a few clients with simple things such as a Bisimoto Level 1 regrind service which is good for about a 10% increase in power over factory and more kick than a stock a6 cam, along with an adjustable cam gear to dial in a more usable power band.
Another cost effective upgrade is an Bisimoto heat shielding intake manifold gasket designed of a phenolic material to prevent heat transfer from the cylinder head into the intake manifold. This will aid in cooler denser air charge and increase in horse power.
If you really would like to invest on your current engine don't let other's tell you not to.

Some clients have an sentimental attachment to their factory engine or wish to have something different than every other Honda head out there. I know many will deter you from building your current engine, being it is not a popular engine to build, but depending on your budget there is actually many performance parts that can be done to your D15b engine to pick up some HP with out breaking the bank.

And I wouldn't pay that kind of money for a measly 10% increase from a dismal stock 102 hp. You won't feel it and you DEFINITELY won't be much faster. Go this route and you will be sorely disappointed and out a lot of cash.

Z6 swap
Mini me head swap
B series swap
Dont waste your time on the D15B7, a stock IHE tuned LS Vtec puts down twice the WHP of the D15B7.

oh my God.
The things that choke the D15B7 are the following:
-intake manifold - get one from the D16Z6
-header - get one from the D16Z6/D16Y8 or even a cheap stainless from eBay
-cam - get one from D16A6, CRX Si, the one from a '90/'91
If you're somewhat mechanically inclined or have a friend who can help you, swap out the stock headgasket for a 2pce (you make this yourself - bottom and middle layer) from a D16Z6
If all this is WAY too complicated, find a transmission from a D16Z6. That alone will wake the B7 up.
Want more? Get a 4.9 final drive. Want even more? Get the 3/5 close ratio set from MFactory.
With the above mentioned mods (minus the 4.9), on a track with a two short straights, I am able to keep up (sometimes pass) mild DOHC swapped cars.
My car weighs in at 2,2xx with me in it (I'm 160).
The B7 is essentially a small D16A6. It's a good working platform for daily and mild track/autoX use.

I guess all you forgot the part when the OP said he doesn't "want to spend any money" or want to do ANY of the things any of you have mentioned. BUT you list them any way.

I/h/e, but don't waist your time with it, drive it maintain it, put your money into your suspension and breaks, wait for that 20 some year old motor to blow up and swap in something else.. There is no way to make power without money..
