2000 Civic dx CEL code p0141
I just tried to pass emissions but the Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank1, Sensor2) code came up. Do I just change the sensor and reset the computer or is there more to it than that?

Also, I remembered reading somewhere about this code and fuse #4 being blown. Well I looked and I'm completely missing fuse 4. What is that fuse for?

Is this the lower sensor here?(green wire)? Or is it one under the car? I'm new to hondas and not sure if these engines have 2 or 4 sensors.
If so, it shows an open. also the wire looks really frayed. Checked the top one and the resistance was 11 ohms.

Yeah green one, that could be your issue. Looks like you're missing your splash shield. You might want to pick one up to prevent this from happening. Also prevent water from splashing up on sensor and such.
