Default throwing a code 10

is a code 10 the o2 sensor. i did an interior swap and got my new black interior and and hooked everything upo correctly but now its throwing a code 10 which a freidn told me was the o2 sensor. its a quick blink then it stays lit. i never touched the o2 sensor unless it just went bad. i know my IAT sensor was not connected b/c my friend took it off for a second and i reconnected that, pulled the ecu fuse and put it back in and it was still throwing the code. any suggestions/comments?
