If it hasn't been changed get the kit. Grommets, valve cover gasket and spark plug gasket are what's included.

Is anyone able to get me the part number for the crank and cam seals? I can't seem to find them, maybe it's because I don't know what I'm looking for or at.

For the cam seal look under "Cam-shaft", for the crank, look for the oil pump.

edit: I should probably take a pic of how non-oily my engine bay is...just to get you motivated. Replaced parts 4yrs ago, didn't start driving the car until 3 yrs ago. Its almost time for a timing belt job and I will be doing the same to ensure no mess.
