Vehicle doesn't exceed 40-45 mph

Default Vehicle doesn't exceed 40-45 mph

Throttle response is weak, and car wont go past 40-45..any one had this problem?

Is your ignition timing retarded all the way? Thats the only time ive ever had this problem.

No codes, no check engine light

I didnt think you can touch the timing on the 2006 up civic
How would I go upon checking the timing?

If you havent touched the timing then its probably not your problem. I agree with the above sounds like the car is in limp mode. Dissconnect the battery for 20 mins or so and the rehook it and see what happens.

Ive reset the ECU already, still acting same way
next i'm going to take off the catalytic converter and see if its clogged up
