Default Transmission Brainstorm for smoother shifts

1995 Honda Accord Coupe Ex VTEC - Automatic - Only Honda Trans Fluid (Changed 10000 miles ago with lubegaurd and seafoam)

So we all love our hondas, but we all face the inconvenience of harsh shifts.

Here is what I've experienced:

1. Hard shifts.
2. When I release the gas it feels like the transmission does not go into neutral and just cruise but rather catches the engine and slows it down,
3. At highway speeds when i release the gas i see the rpm bounce about 200 rpm.
4. It feels like I have to shift my transmission with the amount of pressure on the throttle, like speed up to have it shift into 4th to be able to cruise.

Here is what I think is wrong (need advice)
1. Throttle linkage cable is misaligned (need solid advice on how to adjust TexasHonda)
2. Shift Solenoids are clogged (all 4 of them) (how do I get to the bottom 2, do I have to drain the fluid first?)
3. Something to do with the torque converter (cruise issue?)
4. Or am I just supposed to live with this hahahonda.

Thanks for any and all advice.

Hard shifts and gear hangs make me paranoid and make me stay away from automatic transmissions lol.

These sensors are located on the right hand cover of the transmission.

besides the fact that pretty much all the 89-97 trans shifts harsh/jerks a bit...you don't ever want to use anything else with your tranny fluid....even if they claimed its okay to use...that said, I had some people show positive improvements with either seafoam (for hydrolic systems) or lucas transmission fix.......never heard of lubeguard....
