how to:bypass Vtec oil pressure switch
I just did a search on this, found out two ways to do this...1) Ground the Vtec oil PS switch wire that goes to the ECU...or 2) take the Vtec PS wire from the ECU and splice it into the Vtec solenoid...which one of these will work???

USDM or JDM? IF USDM just ground the switch wire from the ecu to bypass the switch. If its JDM, splice it into the vtec solenoid.

on my JDM b16 i grounded the vtec oil pressure wire and spliced the other wire in with the vtec oil pressure switch

So for USDM (and I do have the oil pressure switch) I can either have a jumper from A4 to D6 or from the solenoid valve wire to the oil pressure switch blue/black wire? And I leave the components plugged in and the vtec will still function? This just bypasses the fault signal for a code 21 & 22, yes?
I just want to make sure before I go fry something and screw things up even more.

To many people talk when they should'nt and scrap this forum...
I just but a Jdm b18b into a black2001 USDM black leather GSR b18c1...
The ecu is a gsr 2001 OBD2b p72 and at first trow many code....
code 1337 cuz jdm dont have crank angle sensor...But when I read other forum it told me how to bypass this sensor and it dont trow 1337 anymore
I had no IAT cuz its a jdm engine I used a ebay resistor chip and shut down the code...
Now the only code left is vtec malfunction code 1259...
I can rev 8200rpm the first 5 sec that the car just started....
After that I hit a fuel cut off at 4800 rpm and the car bug like hell...
SO THE REAL QUESTION HERE IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS THIS CODE 1259 VTEC MALFUNCTION????
PLZ IF YOU DONT KNOW DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGE THAT SCRAP THE FORUM AND TELL NOTHING GOOD!!!
I DONT WANT TO BUY A OBD1 P75 ECU AND A EPROM CHIP FROM EBAY TO REV 8200rpm(sound like a Ferrari)
MUST BE A WAY TO BYPASS THE ONLY CEL CODE LEFT 1259 ????

There's a lot of things in your post that I'm scratching my head at but I'm not really an integra expert so I'm not going to even ask.
You take the vtec pressure switch wire and run it to a known ground location. I just don't understand how you're going to use that vtec ecu with that non vtec motor.

First off I'm curious, why are you running a P72 ECU designed for a B18C1 on a non VTEC B18B? You need a P75 ECU. Second you didn't need to bypass the IAT as JDM engines come with them. For the VTEC try to run a wire between B12 & C10.
