Hi, My turbo ls Vtec oil cooler is clogged. There's any DIY way to unplug it or I need a new one?

Typically, you drain the coolant (probably needs to be flushed anyway), remove the cooler, clean out, reinstall, new coolant....
Until more detail, not sure what more you need to do anyway.

No with sludge it's plugged badly. With one hose connected in whatever of both sides the water not come from the other, I let it sit with degreaser the whole night and nothing. I believe it was clogged when i buy it for $20.

This is kinda why we replace them with Laminova or air-to-air coolers. The OEM ones did very little for cooling oil. .
