OBD2B B20Z into OBD2B civic CX with D16Y7 to pass emissions
So I swapped my 1999 B20Z from a CRV into my 2000 Civic that had a D16Y7, used all oem stuff. Adapted the crank signal from 3 wires to 2 wires for the B20Z. Swap runs great. Stock B20Z ex. manifold bolted straight to the stock civic exhaust. Extended the primary 02 wire with an extension harness to the stock crv 02 sensor.
Running on the stock OBD2B D16Y7 P2E computer to pass emissions, then I'll swap to my OBD1 ECU once I get the emissions test done. I've probably got 7000 miles on the swap now.
Right now I have 2 CEL codes. One for the secondary 02(no big deal, there isn't one installed yet) and the other is a P1509: "IAC Valve Circuit Failure".
I rewired for the stock B20Z auto 2 wire IACV from the D16y7 3 wire and repined from B6 to B23 on the ECU and cut the orange wire in the engine bay. The IACV is working properly(no surging, etc...) but I am still getting a P1509 code. Presumably because the wiring has been modified from stock and the computer is freaking out over that.
Is there a way to get the wiring happy enough to make the code go away? Do I just need to adapt the system to a 3 wire IACV from a d16y7? I have to stay OBD2 to pass emissions. Doesn't have to be a permanent fix, just enough to make the computer happy.

Re: OBD2B B20Z into OBD2B civic CX with D16Y7 to pass emissions
So I bolted a d16y7 throttle body with its iacv onto the b20z. put iacv wiring back to stock.
car runs great, no CEL, and it's ready to get emissions tomorrow.
Running the stock P2E d16y7 computer and harness, adapter harness made for the crank sensor, and iacv wiring extended.
