I have a 94 Civic H/B CX with a blown 1.5L D15B8 70hp motor. Because of money issues, I am just going to swap in a 92-95 D15B7 102hp DX/LX motor. I would like to know what parts or troubles I will be encountering with this swap. Will the D15B8 ECU be compatible with the D15B7? Any smog issues I will have to deal with? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As long as the engine is the same year or newer I think you are fine

you'll have to wire the o2 sensor, to a 4 wire sensor since the cx is a 2 wire. make sure you get the p06 ECU also.

you can run everything with the cx harness, and ecu, but i recommend you use the P06. if you want to run the 4 wire 02 sensor, you have to switch the harness, or wire it to the ecu.
