We have had the windshield on our 2008 CR-V replaced twice now and I think we need to replace the trim that is on the right and left sides of the windshield. The clips that hold the trim are cracked and the trim was glued in by the windshield company. The trim doesn't sit properly and now it whistles when we drive. I think that it's time to take out the old parts, remove any adhesive left behind, and put in parts that are not broken.

Is it easy to replace the trim or the clips that hold it in? Where would I find that parts without making a trip to the dealer?
