Always a good link for the distributor king distributors.

is that right ? its not tan --> orange, and white --> thin white ?</TD></TR></TABLE>
With my harness and the distributor king distributor. Their wiring is not the same as the OEM colors and I make my ecu harnesses so that when you install them, the colors will match up from the pre-obd(OBd0) and obd1 distributors.

Re: OBD0 to OBD1 Distributor Wiring (crx_si-r)
I have a similar issue, and hoping for help. I apologize for what will undoubtedly be a lengthy post...
I have recently bought a 91 crx si and doing my first swap, an OBD1 B17A. The donor integra was complete and stock and falling apart with rust. The rust free crx shell had a B20vtec until a the previous owner threw a valve through a piston. He then parted out most of the components I would find out I needed for my swap (probably to you, loyal readers), but that's neither here nor there. If I had known there were OBD0-OBD1 distributor harnesses last week, I'd be golden right now, but... I didn't and now I'm walking. My issue is this:
I have repinned and routed the stock CRX engine harness to the B17 everywhere except for the distritor. The stock OBD1 (female) connector is still on the distributor, as I was intending to re-pin the OBD1 male connector onto the engine harness. My friend who was helping with the swap pulled the pins off the female (harness) side before I knew where they go into the OBD1 connector, so I'm left with 7 wires hanging out, 2 ORN/BLU, 2 WHI/BLU, 2 ORN and 1 WHI. I have traced all the wires back to the other end of the engine harness, where it connects to the chassis harness at a 14-pin connector, the solid white is in a seperate 6-pin connector from the other 6, but I dont know which pins will be TDC, CYP, and CKP. Obviously having 6 wires in 3 colors doesn't help at all. The service manual is full of helpful and redundant information showing the wire colors coming out of the distributor, and showing that they connect to the ecu (thanks honda), without showing any of the connections in-between.
I've been reading through all the posts on OBD0-OBD1 coversion wiring, but I dont know how to read this:
A01 A01
A02 A23
A03 A03
A04 A24
A05 A05
A06 OPEN (A20?)
A07 A02
A08 A04
A09 OPEN
A10 A20
A11 A09
A12 A07
A13 A25
A14 A07
A15 B1
A16 A26
A17 OPEN
A18 B2
I've got an OBD0-OBD1 ecu harness, and I'm still crossing my fingers that things will work out at that end once I get the vtec pinned into that harness. But right now, without the distributor wired, I'm screwed. I can post pics later, but right now I'm going to vomit. So if anyone can help shed some light on how to put a square peg into a round hole, it would certainly be appreciated.

Re: OBD0 to OBD1 Distributor Wiring (-=tegatron=-)
They say the best way to learn how to swim is to just jump in. Figured out how to decipher the pinouts and got the distributor connector re-pinned. Thanks for helping me help myself.
