thermostat housing issue

thermostat housing issue
what's up HT, i am trying to change my thermostat and the bottom bolt is stripped. my question is does anyone have any suggestions for me getting it off. it is being a real PITA and i just want to get it finished. thanks in advance

its the head of the bolt itself...i can't get a vise down there because there isn't a whole lot of space to work as it is. i have a 99si and i can barely even get my hands down there

i know what your talking about its like spiral shape inside right? nope i never used one but it should work. have you tried using standard size sockets? it helps me somtimes

yep those are the ones im talkin about...i tried my regular socket set but it keeps spinning and i don't want to strip it anymore than it already is
