92 civic si/b18c1 swap - Which wire-harnesses are interchangeable?
I have a 92 civic si with b18c1 swap . previous owner hacked the main wire harness. The harness that connects to the back of the ecu, im looking to replace it. I dont want to cut wires i want to keep my vtec and everything basically if possible plug and play. My question is which one would fit? obd1 del sol ? obd1 vtec integra? obd1 vtec ej ?

Integra(94-01)and eg style(92-95) civics share the same harness set up. Engine harness that has a plug on the firewall. Eks are different, but if you reaaallllly want to convert, woulsnt be that hard. Look up ecu pin out for a ek civic(96-00) and Integra and make your own. Otherwise, grab the cheapest harness, and add vtec and i think crank sensor. Maybe iacv.

The harness you're talking about runs out to the shock tower plugs and under the dash. You'll need an underdash harness from a '92 - '95 Civic Si or EX coupe. If you use an EX coupe harness you'll be setup for adding power windows and locks later if that sort of thing interests you. You will however have to re-pin a plug at the rear of the harness where it connects to the harness for the taillights and rear wiper.

yea idk the real name some people call it main harness some call it dash harness, i dont need engine harness i already got tucked one, i need the one that goes behind the dash into the ecu. Mines hacked and the local junkyards dont have any eg si's . Would a coupe or 4 door eg harness work on the hatch?

you could make it work, one guy already said you could use a coupe but would need to repin the plugs to the rear of the car. a 4 door would require even more repinning...
