Default B20b vtec

Hey guys im looking to swap my new motor in my 92 civic hatchback. I have 96-98 gsr wire harness, complete motor, and p72 ecu (obd2a). Im needing to know what exactly do i need to wire it up because the headlights are built into the 92 harness and not sure how to go about wiring it up. Any help will be appreciated.

Is the gsr wire harness the engine harness? Should plug right up to the shock tower and all you would probably need is an obd1 to obd2a conversion harness.

You don't need the GSR harness, nor do you have any use for the P72 ECU. What you do need to do is go read the FAQ sticky - it's quite obvious you have no idea what you're diving into.

The harness and ecu came with the motor. ANd yes the gsr harness is 1 piece from ecu to engine

So re-sell them both, recoup some of your money. Now, off to the FAQ sticky with you!

Ha money isn't an issue I have enough to do the whole swap now in cash. And yea it may be more than I know but there's no need to come off as a dick.

Do some reading in the FAQs sticky. If you have unanswered technical questions thereafter, please create a new thread.
