?? Studs or bolts for manilfold to turbo
I been fighting with this problem of my bolts backing out of my manifold thus causing leak. I been debating to swich to studs with locking nuts. Is this best way to go. Also my bolts i use are M8 1.25 30mm am i using right size or its that my problem? Any input would be great

lock washers are no good on aluminum read a honda guide.they will strip ur head. Maybe try 2 nuts on the stud if u got room or thread lock. Just let it dry before starting ur car

m8 x1.25 is what goes into the head but your title says that you want to know about manifold to turbo which are often 3/8 x 16tpi. I use 3/8" studs on the turbo to manifold connection with long brass nuts. They never come loose and don't seize up like steel does. I have used these on lots of different cars with good luck.
