Default bolts from turbomanifold are breaking - what can i do?

Hallo,

we have the problem with our stainless steel manifolds, that the bolts which are connecting the manifold to the cylinderhead are breaking after a few weeks.

what did all you fullrace manifold guys do to prevent the bolts from breaking?

Thanks
Malte.

Sorry, there was a mistake in choosing the right english words. We wanted to say STUDS!

We have a lot of problems with breaking studs w/nuts. The original honda studs break within a few day.
Then we choose very good studs from the industy supplier (14.4strength)
and also some studs for Porsche911GT2. But after a few they also break.

Any solutions? Every idea is very welcome

i think that's a common problem for for stainless steel flange due to expansion. I honestly have no idea what the best solution for this is.
