Default Redline Sludge? Help!

I just finished my 2.0 ls vtec turbo build and made 492whp on pump car has been running perfect until i went to go check my radiator for coolant.. I looked inside and saw like little specs of brown sludge moving inside. My first insight was oil in my coolant but it isnt milky, its a brand new motor that runs hard and isnt losing oil. I read up on S2ki that honda type 2 coolant doesnt work with redline water wetter and creates brown sludge, also many audi and bmw owners have this problem to. I did a full coolant flush yesterday until it was clean with only distilled water. I use 80/20 distilled water/ honda coolant and whole bottle of wetter. When i was draining the old coolant i saw barely any brown sludge come out i even checked the hoses and all clean. When i added no coolant after the flush everything looked clean until i went to go add the wetter. I added the wetter and instantly saw brown sludge build out of no where. Has anyone dealt with this before? Will this harm the engine? Im going to do another flush today and not use wetter. Any opinions?

I've never seen, nor heard of this before. I've been using both the Type 2 coolant AND Redline water wetter (specifically) at the same time, and have drained the system twice in its use. This is a first.

What radiator are you using? (Just out of curiosity).

Fluidyne half. Look it up on s2ki, and beamer,Audi forums, said only does it with certain types of coolants. Doing a flush right now and going to run without wetter. The gunk doesn't Comr out or dissolves cuz I drained it twice and saw nothing but when I open the cap I see it but not all the time. I have pics on my phone if want to email it or message on my phone and not near my comp

Age is a factor to seriously consider.

Who built the motor ? Could be some sort of sealant used on the HG if you didnt build it your self or if you did build the motor did you use anything on the headgasket or put it in dry ?

Its a 6 year old radiator. There is no telling what kind of crap has built up inside there. Typically when coolant turns to sludge it doesn't happen instantly. Id suggest a chemical flush and if that doesn't work then swap the radiator.

Most auto part stores sell it. There are instructions on the back of the bottle. Basically run the car with the chemical flush in it, it breaks down all the crap, and then flush the system with distilled water afterwards. Run your anti-freeze + distilled water mix for a couple of days of normal driving. If it looks clean then run the water wetter. Remember the water wetter is pink in color so when it mixes with your anti freeze at first there may be some discoloration until its been dispersed throughout the coolant. This isnt a guarantee that it will get all of the crap out but its worth a try before spending the money on a new radiator.
