Default Fuel set up for 600whp pump gas turbo K20 (eg).

K20a2 in an EG8. I'm starting from scratch on the fuel set up, i'll post the engine specs below. I just have 1 requirement, the pump HAS to be an in-tank unit, and i'd really like to keep the stock lines.
That being said, specs: ID2000s, petro-Can 93 gas, 6266, 60mm gate, 90mm ktuned intake manifold, aeromotive FPR, ktuned rail. Basically my question is, is there an in-tank pump that can support my 600 whp goal, with the stock lines on pump gas. To my knowledge there's the 340lph aeromotive in-tank pump, I would assume it would be sufficient. I can't out source this to a shop due to my location, or else i'd have it sumped with dual 044s.

I have nothing against full-blown but i'm trying to keep it as plug and play as possible.

He's using a -8 A/N feed line, along with e-85. I'm trying to keep the stock hardlines and stay on pump 93. So let's say i run the walbro 450, ID2000s and use the stock hard lines I'll be able support 600+whp on pumps gas?

I made 606 whp on stock hard lines (including stock FPR, rail, and filter) with a single Walbro 255 and 1100cc injectors. This was a 2.0L gsr block in a DC2 @ 20psi on 93 octance. Obviously we were pushing the limits on the system's capabilities and reliability and I wouldn't suggest this to people as a legit option but since your looking for whats possible I figure this info would help. I DD'd this setup for a little over a year while seeing multiple track days at full power and never had a problem.

walbro 450lph pump should be good for pump gas. but if your wanting 600hp then i would atleast throw some c16 or q16 in there for that power.

Just got my 4''/60mm up pipes today, there's NO way the stock filter will be fitting no matter how much I move the pipes or the filter. I've decided to use -8AN feed/return, with a single in tank unit(340 or the 450). All I need to know now is, if I can just weld a bung on where the stock feed/return lines were. And what do I use to connect the in-tank-side of the -8an bung to the pump.
This car isn't meant to last more than a summer, big pump gas power till it blows.

Way too much here ($CAD), i'm not worried about longevity, this is just an all-out pump gas roll racer, It's got the supporting bolt ons, it should be able to. .

This concept would get you to where you need to be in the engine bay, assuming I'm understanding you correctly and are still planning on using the hardlines

I'd have to cut the hardline off somewhere down by the power steering rack, I've already pulled the hard-lines they were nasty/rusty to where I felt safer with new -an lines. Basically i'm just looking how to connect the fuel pump(aero-340 or wally 450) to a -8an male fitting. That would be a short little distance inside the tank.

Yah, basically. I had someone message me with a link to their build thread, I'm just confirming the fitting they used to connect to the little bit of rubber hose to the fitting, that bridges the pump to the -AN lines.

Thanks for the link, I appreciate it. Thread solved.

i was referring to safely making that power.

Here is the best way I have found to run an lines with a Walbro 450 and stock sending unit.

Walbro 450 will support 600whp on pump gas.

Ohh man, you have no idea how much I wish you had posted this back in 2017! The car ultimately failed due to having bare wire exposed in the fuel tank. I ditched the build before I went up in a big fire ball all it would have taken was a short to the hanger and i'd be dead. I've since bought another shell and engine tho.
