Default Ignition Immobilizer Clifford Alarm Install Help

Getting ready to tackle a big project of installing Clifford Arrow Alarm with remote start and engine immobilizer bypass kit for my other car which is 08 Rav 4. I installed this exact same alarm and remote start on a 95 Camry so I am pretty comfortable with that part of the installation but have no experience with immobilizer bypass kit.

It says in the attached diagram to cut the wire going to ecm connector in pin 11 and it says to vehicle in pin 10. How do I know to tap the wire going to vehicle in pin 10?

Thanks, I plan on doing this project next weekend.

fcm - You around?...Need your expertise advice. You were a big help on my first alarm install.

Not sure I understand the question.
The pin 11 lead is cut so signal goes through the immobiliser bypass module, the pin 10 lead is not cut it is a parallel connection. 94

Okay, got it. Let me give this a shot. I plan on starting with the alarm and remote start first. If I have these 2 connected properly, then the alarm should work but the remote start should not function without the immobilizer bypass module. Thanks

I havent worked much with clifford units but i know on DEI units they use a 556uw where u put a spare key in the module and connect an activation wire to it so it tricks the car into think the keys in the ignition, might be a little easier if clifford makes a similiar product.

just an fyi.. I find the idatalink ADS units are much much nicer than the Xpresskit/Bypasskit interface modules, and their tech support beats anyone else's I've ever called or posted on their forums outnof the water
