hey guys,
I have a 94 accord lx sedan. Soon I will be swapping in a JDM h22a and Im gonna turbo it and all. This car will be my main form of transportation and will most likely be a daily driver. I want the most performance without going overboard. I was thinking 300-400 horsepower would be plenty for me. What would be an ideal set up for that and ideas?

thaaaanks a ton in advance!

Are you referring to the mount that goes on the top of the rad? I made my own to gain a little bit of space in between the rad and the turbo manifold...

For 300 bucks the core could have been thicker, and even if it was I still don't think it's worth the 300...</TD></TR></TABLE>

no I was asking about the guy who said he was using TDautowerks H22 topmount

fa sho

hence the statement: For 300 bucks the core could have been thicker, and even if it was I still don't think it's worth the 300...

EdiT: for the record, it does NOT sit three inches lower than the stock Rad...

We will be making some power soon once everything is tweaked. Full RCautoworks kit

This setup went 12.9 all motor on a few bad launches when it was N/A . Shooting for 11's or 10's turbo'd . Not pushing a lot of boost cause its on 11.7.1 compression

And an all motor setup

Take your time, do it rite.
You might think about investing in a twindisk and some DSS axels.

put down 346 on 13lbs. Going back hopefully in a week or two to switch from crome to hondata s100 and bump the boost up to reach my 400hp goal.

Very nice. I have a very enberrising JDM H22 with ebay crap on it. Tubular manifold and yeah it cracked sitting on the ground..... Not joking. Just put the ole lincon on it. The infamous .63 turbine .50 compressor side ebay crap turbo. The POS ebay FMIC modified to a back door FMIC. And don't kick me off when i say that i also have a 10:1 vortec FMU hope it doesn't go hiroshima on me . Cometic .54 thick head gasket. Tial 38mm waistgate. I have AEM ems and am saving up for injectors and a tune. So far my best et on street tires is 13.10@110 and my best mph run was a 14.10@115. I'll be going later this month with 24's

you guys are missing out..

my personal thoughts are that H22's rev limit was not determined by the head but by the block(rock/stroke ratio vs piston speed vs oem reliability)

I dont believe the valvetrain on an h22 is less superior than the other high revving honda engines? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
