B&M New Volt (keyword add: newvolt 20v 20volt ignition)

B&M New Volt (keyword add: newvolt 20v 20volt ignition)
Has anybody had any experience with this box? It's supposed to supply a constant 20v to the coil. I'm wondering if this will get rid of my problem of the a/f mixture banging out the exhaust without having to go to a seperate (ie. more expensive!) ignition and coil. The "New Volt" is $230'ish.

I've been running my coil @ 16 volts for some time now. Yes, it helps, there is a slightly higher wear on the coil and added heat in the distributor area. Running an external coil should alleviate that. I'm far too lazy to do that, though...
