have you tried calling DSS customer service about your problem. If I am not mistaken those axles should be under warranty

Ive had the same issue recently i was getting tranny fluid into my axle boot. They told me the welds break inside causing it to be a little loose. I sent mine out and they fixed it for free.

DSS had a run of bad ends. If the end was stamped with an "M" I believe the unit was able to have these issues. It's a free fix.

Nothing is indestructible. **** breaks in racing. The real test in the product is the customer service and if they are willing to stand by it. Let us know how it goes.

I have had my DSS 2.9's since 2011 and after many and many track passes, dyno pulls and street abuse they are still holding up. Knock on wood for me.

Thank you for responding to this situation. Since it seems that they're already aware of the issue and are trying to help you out. I believe this is settled.
