installing sub with LOC - question
ok i know i need to get the signals from the rear speakers. but do i still need a remote turn on wire?
power i'll get from battery directly, RCA will be from the LOC, Ground on chassis, so for the AMP remote do i still need that or will the LOC turn it on? i never installed a LOC before and I dont have it with me. trying to help my friend install it tomorrow.

Unless the amp has "signal sense" turn on, [there will be a switch to select signal sense] you will need to run a turn on lead, connect it to a acc. source like radio acc. 94

Re: installing sub with LOC - question
thanks...i'll be running it to the fuse box under the dash.
this is going for a WRX sti. I'll be tapping into the stock sub harness which steals the signals from the rear speakers already so yea. thanks
