Greddy Full auto turbo timer into EG
Really need someone who knows what there doing... Got a turbo timer, trying to wire it in through the wires coming directly out of my ignition switch.
7 wires come out, this is the color(s) and what they are as stated in Haynes manual.
WHT/BLK (ACC)
WHT (BAT)
BLK/YEL (IGN 1)
YEL (IGN 2)
BLK/WHT (ST)
BLU/WHT (KEY)
BLU/WHT (Ground)
For the turbo timer directions, it says with vehicles that have 2 ignition (ON) wires, connect the Green wire to the ignition (ON) wire which does not drop voltage when the starter is activated. Then connect the Blue wire to the other ignition wire. Im unsure which wire should go where.
There are 4 wires from the turbo timer i need to splice in (Red, Green, Blue, and Black ). Black is ground, Red is Battery positive. I know where to splice those in. Green is to ON and blue is to ACC, these are the two that are confusing me. So since the wiring diagrams i have say that i have IGN1 and IGN2 then i guess i would have 2 ingnition (ON) wires correct? So which wire goes where????
Greddy gives me a way to test which of the two i can use, but i dont have a battery in the car and the motor is out and ECU not plugged in, so i cant just throw a battery in and start testing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Car is a 93 EG hatch...

You only need to tag ignition 1 which is the black/yellow. the second wire goes to acc. You need to tag both because sometimes the fans will not work and you do not need the car to over heat.
