hello i have a 1990 integra i been having battery problems its been happen ever since i changed my starter and i been getting a CEL when I'm driving and i turn the car off and back on it goes away(it doesnt do it all the time).also its been killing my battery like i charge it and drives and start up fine for like a week then it start to act up like it kills the battery i tried other batterys (it has new alternator and main rely) and still does the same thing . im thinking the CEL has some thing to do with it. its never done nothing like this before

so know one has an idea what could it be could it be that the car has a short??? fuse?? bad gound??
