B18B valve adjustment- where to take the measurement?
I did search "b18b valve" and got all the specs I could ever need and all sorts of valve cover ****, but no thread about WHERE the measurement is taken.
The rocker arm U shapes over the valve stem head, so do I take the measurement between rocker arm and cam lobe?

Its used to bump the starter so that you can get the timing marks to line up.

Re: B18B valve adjustment- where to take the measurement? (jdmboi86)
well if I'm not mistaken, those numbers were taken from the Helm's manual...someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's where they came from.
