Intake Valve Opening Crank Angle BTDC
It refers to the crank position where the valve is open a given amount (usually specified at .050" or 1mm of valve lift).
On the intake cam, it specifies the crank angle before top dead center of the start of the intake cycle where the valve is open that .050" or 1mm amount.
I've never worked with the stock B18B cams, so you got me.

When you increase lash, you effectively decrease the cam duration. It will changed the valve opening marginally, but shouldnt change the intake centerline.
