Default My Boosted GSR wont turn over this morning! Help! Only click on crank!

Kind of sucks, been few days since ive yet to figure out the problem. Worked the last night. I came home, parked car in garaged. And then next morning, all i hear is a click click... When i start the car. Everything powers up fine, hearing the fuel pump etc... Radio works.. Battery good...

This is what ive checked so far.

-All fuses under dash and hood OK.
-Starter is fine! Since ive tried to jump it directly from battery to the starter. Assuming the battery is fine also and the car only starts from there.
I tried driving around it for awhile, and no problem..
-Checked most of the connections, and seems to me everything is plugged in correctly... thats if im lookin at the right direction...
-All motor parts are still Grounded. Including battery.

I assume its the connection between the inside ignition to the starter..? Since the start will work direct jump from battery... Still hearing a click click! and nothting more....

Any idea, it might be my clutch not pushing the starter switch? Possibilities?
Please help!

If the 'click' you're hearing is coming from the starter try giving a couple of good hits w/ a hammer or something. Kinda like when your alternator starts to go **** up, a few good hits will net you a few more miles outa it.

Good luck

I can hear a click under the dash fuse box.. and another from under the hood fuse box..
Would it be possible to be my battery? Even Tho its possible to manually Jump start my car (using another wire from the battery to the Starter) I can jump start my car manually, and it runs... Just that it wont start inside.. So i assume the starter is still good. After manually running the car for 30 minutes, the battery shouldbe charged.... Yet, the motor wont crank still!

Any other suggestions? ( I will try to swap battery and see how it goes)

man, that really sounds like a battery.
Like tvrsir said, try a new one before anything.

I would prob put $$ that its the Batt or a bad ground. Try jumper cables, if they work then there ya go

The car will start, if i manually jump the starter, directly from the battery.. Will it be possible still..? ( its to early, I will try in a bit to change batteries)

Hmmm....could be an ignition relay or something else in the ignition switch then.

I just replaced my friends ignition in his steering column. it did the same thing.

1st try the battery swap, youll be suprised how stengy your car can be.

if that doesnt do it. go straight to the ingnition switch and check for 12 volts. if thats good.

check your ground wire, and the signal wire. if those are good.

check your ignition relay. if it doesnt click when you turn the key put a heat gun to it for a second and warm it up, still no click try shorting it out. no click check for voltage. no voltage. trace from there. if you got voltage though replace relay. there should be fuse also.

good luck
