either get ABS, or learn how to threshold brake.

if you want a less sensitive mushy feel just put like a 13/16th's master cylinder

that way your brakes wont lock as fast.

The only reason why the lock so fast is because they are so responsive.

In my opinion a good thing...

Dont slam on the brakes. Seriously, its that simple. They're not an on/off switch.

Learn how to drive. I think someone already talked about threashold braking. You should try it

thx for the excellent advice...do you offer lessons? I didnt mean extreme pressure when i wrote 'slam' in the message. during fog weather i slip across the intersection, and i would not slam on my brakes during wet weather. it just locked...11" rotor with bigger caliper, im just not used to it yet.
Well someone helped me out with some REAL advice about a aftermarket prop. valve...it helps distribute more pressure to the rear and not the front...but thx for the helpful tips anyways

.RJ's advice is spot on.

also. you may need new/better tires or less aggressive pads for daily driving.

What BPR said.
Get better tires if it locks up too easily.
