Thanx alot for the info. Is the flange of the garrett like the flange from the turbonetics turbos? I have heard that its really hard to find a flange to fit it. Just what i have heard though...

My kit is pretty much all home made. I think the total was about $1300. Most parts were new other then the turbo. piping, manifold, and DP are all homemade. Flanges I got for free from a friend

Mine's all pieced together... total about 1700$....

f-max manifold
4/3 garrett
turbonetics w/g
custom downpipe
custom piping
spearco w/a intercooler
GReddy BOV

beat a c-5 vette with LS pistons in a B16a <8.3:1 C/R> by about 3 cars on stock injectors with a vortec FMU...

Not too shabby.

I am still in the process. Very very close to finishing. Heres parts/prices
T3 Rebuilt SMALL, so small, off of late 80's Saab 9000 A/R of 48 on turbine and 45 ( ? ) on compressor. ==== Ebay $175
I will be upgrading soon after turbo is in, believe me.
DRAG3 manifold ==== Partstrader $175 included autometer boost gauge
Wastegate ==== Free -- Internal w/g on T3 +A plus, its adjustable!
Downpipe ==== Last part of project, probably not too much. Will include test pipe too.
Starion I/C ==== Junkyard $50. Need to have piping moved to side--still on to do list.
Custom 2.25 charge piping ==== 3 u-bend from JC Whitney $75 shipped
1G DSM BOV ==== $40 shipped
Stainless steel oil feed and dump lines w/all connectors ==== Total approx. $50 -ANplumbing.com and Ebay (find some fantastic deals for this **** on Ebay)
Misc. gaskets and flanges ==== About $45 - RoadRaceEngineering (10% discount if 5 items are bought)
Fuel Pump ==== Still need tp purchase, Walbro HP 255 -- $107 from autoperformanceengineering.com
Paxton 12:1 FPR ==== $95 shipped from DragIIcivic (moderator of this board)
Autometer A/F and oil pressure gauges ==== Summit $90 or so

Damn I think thats everything.....
I will be upgrading the expensive stuff in the future, but for now I just want boost. Enough to put me in the mid 13's hopefully!
Happy Boosting

I am in the process right now of peicing a turbo kit. The cost will be minimum and the results will be fenominal. I know the setup to run fast, I just need to get the rest of the parts. In about a month the car will be complete and runnin hard. The key to getting parts is to know what works and what doesn't with each setup.

Agreed Mine is nearly completed as well:
I'm a bit **** about buying used parts, so everything I buy is brand new, definitely nothing wrong with used parts, just a personal preference.

Garrett T3 Turbine w/ Internal Wastegate $412.50 Shipped
HKS SSQ BOV $191.07 Shipped
HKS Type-1 Turbo Timer $105 Shipped
SFP(South Florida Performance) Custom Manifold $425
SFP(South Florida Performance) Custom Downpipe $175
SFP(South Florida Performance) Custom Vaccum hosing, all lines $125
APEXi Sylvia FMIC $550(debating whether this is the FMIC I want)
Custom Fabrication/Piping $350
FMU Questionable, don't know what brand, I need a good price on one of these!
Some things are unlisted but for the majority of the rest of stuff shouldn't run me over another $350-$400.
