your gauge pod???
did you guys drill a hole into your pillar for the guage wires or run them somewhere else? I didn't really see how i could run them through the pillar and where they come out at the bottom. Also, did you drill the pod into the pillar or use double sided tape? Thanks for any help!
I drilled 2 small holes in the pod & piller. I then stuck a small bolt with a washer in there and secured it behind the pillar with a small nut. I painted the bolt head and washer black to match the pod.
I also drilled 2 larger holes in the pillar. 1 runs all my wires, and the other (larger) runs my tubing for boost and oil.

FYI - For Integras, those pillars are like $15 to replace, so don't stress drilling it... I have my 60mm gauges in a pillar pod but dislike it - gonna probably get some greddy gauge holders to throw on my dash instead.

How do you justify leeching from another individuals original thread only to go and create a number of similar threads to find an answer that was posted in the original one? We all want answers, but at least be patient about it. Choose the best forum and be done with it. I'm a hypocrite.

Run the wires behind the pillar with the OEM wires, then if necessary drill at the bottom where the hole isn't even viewable. Don't you think you're making this a little too difficult than it is?
ha illuminato un very original install.
I have never seen it before, what is that you have surrounding the gauges? Secure enough for daily bumps and potholes?

I used four black trim screws from the hardware store. I usually keep several of them laying around in the spare hardware box.

Damn! How did you do that?

at first i tried using double sided tape cept it would fall off all the time (right when i would be hitting a corner hard or doing something fun lol)
anyways i fixed it by running a screw just above the top most gauge, then painting the top of the screw black w/ spraypaint on a q-tip (spray some paint in the cap, then dip a q-tip in it and dab it on the screw)... you cant even see it unless you know its there.
heres a pic:

mine is the autometer kind so it pretty much fits in place (the bottom), so it only needed a screw to hold the top part up
as for the wiring, i ran it down through the dash, down to where the pedals are, behind the stereo head unit, and to the control unit which i mounted on the passenger side of the center console.
this is what it looks like:

anyways it works out nicely so you cant see any wires (unless you lay down on the passenger-side floormat.. lol)

I drilled 4 holes and used the little plastic barbed things to hold it on.....I couldn't tuck the wires because the boost gauge is mechanical. So I drilled a couple of large holes in the a-pillar
